Request deletion of your account.
MyHoopWorkouts users can request account and personal data deletion by contacting support from the email address associated with their account.
1. How to request deletion
Send an email to support@myhoopworkouts.activforge.app with the subject "MyHoopWorkouts account deletion request".
Use the email address linked to your MyHoopWorkouts account. If you contact us from another email address, we may ask for additional verification before processing the request.
2. Data covered by the request
Deletion may include personal data associated with the account, such as:
- Profile information and account identifiers.
- Personal workout history and exercise results.
- Videos, audio notes and media attached to the user where deletion is technically possible.
- Push notification tokens associated with the user.
3. Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained when needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, backups, dispute resolution, or to preserve group and organization records that belong to other users. Where possible, retained records are minimized or detached from the deleted account.
4. Processing timeline
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for security and operational reasons.
